Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Successful candidates will be accepted into the Shaper community, initially for a probation period.

Points of Reference:

1. You must be under 30 at the time of applying
2. You must be based in Delhi for the foreseeable future. The tenure of Shapers is 5 years so it in the applicant's interest to apply when she/he can give sufficient time to hub projects for the entire duration
3. We get a very large number of applications. Replies might take a while
4. There is a selection committee that evaluates all applicants. They will not be able to provide individual feedback
